Terms & Conditions

  1. By booking this reservation, the guest agrees to the policies and procedures of The Red Rocker Inn.
  2. We are 100% non-smoking in the building.
  3. Children are welcome, but they must be supervised and respectful of our other guests.
  4. We only allow two people per room, with the exception of the Appalachian Room, Molly Bear Room, Azalea Room, and Garrett Room. (To add additional people to a room, please give us a call at 1-888-669-5991 There is a $45 plus tax per person per night additional charge.
  5. Check-In times are between 2pm and 6pm. If you will be arriving later than 6pm, please call us at 1-888-669-5991 to make arrangements. An extra charge of $25 may apply.
  6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  7. For cancellations received for your stay more than 14 days before the arrival date, a full refund will be issued of the deposit paid (or the full amount paid as in the case of a one night stay).  A cancellation which occurs within 14 days of the first day will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation within seven days from your arrival will result in full payment for reservation.
  8. An early departure is considered a cancellation and policies apply. 

    9.  Finally, should you desire to join us for dinner any night during your stay, please call us at 1-888-669-5991 to reserve a table.

  10. We have a limited amount of pet friendly rooms. A non-refundable charge of $45 per night will apply.
